Every price, printed
Every price on this page
is the price you pay.
Five plans, 15 add-ons, one page, no sales call. Read the ladder across to find your column, then down it to see what the plan includes and what anything else would cost on top. Every figure is generated from the same price list the checkout charges from. Pay for the year and you pay for 10 months of it.

The ladder
Find your column. Then read down it.
A tick means the plan includes it. A price means the plan can add it, and that is what it costs, so a column tells you the whole bill. The unit under each price is what the monthly charge is counted by: a company, a person, an entity, a register.

Free is the 30-day trial: you pick Basic, Office or Business at signup and run that plan on your own books. If you do not choose a plan afterwards, your books stay readable and exportable for 60 days. Every other column is paid from the first month, and there is no setup fee. SOC 2 Monitoring & Alerts needs SOC 2 evidence: $550 a month together.
Worked example
A twelve-person distributor, with every line shown.
Business for 12 people, the warehouse for the 4 who use it and 3 scanners on the floor, payroll for the company and its 12 employees, and the CRM for the 3 who sell. Monthly, then the same thing paid for the year.
| Line | Unit | Qty | Rate | Month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business plan | plan, 5 seats included | 1 | $125 | $125.00 |
| Additional seats | seat | 7 | $25 | $175.00 |
| Warehouse & Inventory | assigned seat | 4 | $35 | $140.00 |
| Warehouse & Inventory, floor devices | device | 3 | $10 | $30.00 |
| Payroll | company | 1 | $40 | $40.00 |
| Payroll, employees paid | employee paid | 12 | $5 | $60.00 |
| CRM | assigned seat | 3 | $20 | $60.00 |
| Total | per month | $630.00 |
Paid for the year — 10 months charged
$6,300.00 per year- Twelve months, paid monthly
- $7,560.00
- The same twelve months, paid up front
- $6,300.00
- What you keep
- $1,260.00 — 16.7% off
Two months of the same service, not a discount that expires. The figure is the monthly total times 10, and it works the same way on every plan and every add-on.
Every price on this page is a month, and the unit beside it is what that month is counted by. Nothing here is a setup fee.
Moving your books in
Free on every plan. Not done until every line agrees.
Not discounted and not free above a tier. Free, for a sole trader moving one set of books and for a practice moving fifty. You are almost certainly running something already; charging you to leave it would be charging you for the one part that is our problem rather than yours.
- 01
Kora does it, not a queue
She connects to your current system where it has an API, or tells you which reports to export where it does not. She maps your chart of accounts onto ours, recreates every open invoice and bill, and posts the rest as one opening entry at your cutover date. No onboarding call, no consultant.
- 02
You approve the mapping, because they are your books
She proposes; you confirm. Nobody but you knows that "4010, Sales, West" is your revenue account, and an import nobody reviewed posts your opening balances somewhere plausible and wrong.
- 03
How you know it worked
Your old trial balance against your new one, account by account. The import refuses to sign itself off until every difference is zero.
- 04
A practice moves a batch
Connect your accountant login once and every client comes through it: one queue of reconciled, needs attention and blocked. The ones that balance need nothing from you.
- 05
What does not come across
Prior-year detail below the trial balance, attachments, and the other system's own audit trail. Your figures come; their filing cabinet does not.
Growing into the next plan
Your plan grows with you.
Every plan's base price is exactly what the plan below costs for the same number of people. The moment your headcount reaches the next plan, you are already paying its price, so we move you up. You never pay more for the move, and you are never left paying one plan's price while holding a smaller one.
| At this many people | You are paying | Which is also | So you move to |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | Basic with 2 extra seats — $75 | Office's base price, exactly | Office |
| 5 | Office with 2 extra seats — $125 | Business's base price, exactly | Business |
| 10 | Business with 5 extra seats — $250 | Corporate's base price, exactly | Corporate |
| 20 | Corporate with 10 extra seats — $500 | Suite's base price, exactly | Suite |
| Moved for you, at the same money | +$25 a seat after that |
The add-ons in detail
What each one does, and what it is counted by.
The same lines as the foot of the ladder, with room for what a column cannot hold. A register, not a head. An entity, not a seat. A company, not a payslip. Cheapest first.
| Add-on | Price | Per | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advanced AI Assistant | $15 | person who gets it | The assistant stops answering and starts working. It takes a whole job — read, decide, act, check, keep going — instead of one instruction at a time, and the person it is assigned to can speak to it instead of typing, on the desktop and in the phone app. Changes normally wait for that person's approval; narrowly scoped, reversible work may proceed only under an active standing approval, and every action is recorded on a receipt you can audit. An assigned seat also carries twice the standard daily assistant allowance, because a job worked through end to end is a longer sitting than a question. Assigned per person; the standard assistant stays free for everyone else. |
| CRM | $20 | person who gets it | Leads, contacts, pipelines and deals, with quotes that become invoices on the same books — no second customer record and nothing to reconcile. Audit trail, field permissions, SSO and record retention with legal hold are included at every tier. Priced per seat that works deals; everyone else in the organisation can read. |
| CRM Manager | $25 | person who gets it | A full CRM seat plus oversight. Everything a salesperson gets — leads, pipeline, deals, quotes, activities — and on top of it: every CRM seat in the company and what each is carrying, open deals, value, stage, quotes out, last activity, with any seat openable to review that person's pipeline exactly as they see it. Private coaching notes per salesperson, visible only to managers. No separate CRM seat needed. Assigned per manager; Suite includes two. |
| Warehouse & Inventory | $35 | person who gets it, then $10 per device | Receiving, put-away, stock and valuation, pick waves, packing, carrier labels and returns — plus the 3PL client portal and per-activity billing. Priced per warehouse-office seat, plus each floor device. |
| Manufacturing | $35 | person who gets it, then $10 per device | Bills of material, routings, work orders, WIP and variance. Runs on its own against the books' inventory, with a person confirming each material issue and finished-goods receipt; with Warehouse, the floor's scans confirm them instead. Priced per manufacturing-office seat, plus each floor device. |
| Retail & Point of Sale | $35 | register | Connects the tills you already have. Shifts and drawers, day close with over/short, card settlement reconciliation and gift-card liability. Priced per register. |
| Payroll | $40 | company, then $5 per employee paid | Employees, pay runs, federal and state withholding, contractors and 1099s, 941 and 940. A monthly base plus a charge for each employee paid that month. |
| Accountant & Tax | $50 | person who gets it | The practice bundle: the firm console over every client's books, the keyboard-first entry desk, and tax returns with diagnostics, prepared for an accountant to review and file. Priced per practice seat; practice seats are ordinary plan seats too. |
| Client trust accounting | $50 | person who gets it | A client trust ledger with the three-way reconciliation a bar association expects. Priced per attorney seat; the firm's staff use it at no charge. |
| Single sign-on | $100 | company | Sign in through your own identity provider. Included in Suite. |
| Revenue recognition | $100 | company | ASC 606 and IFRS 15 without leaving your books: contracts and performance obligations, standalone-selling-price allocation that shows its working, billing and revenue schedules, usage and milestones, contract modifications, and the waterfall, deferred and unbilled reports your auditor asks for. The schedule and the journal entry are the same records, so there is no second system to reconcile. |
| Multi-entity consolidation | $125 | entity | Several companies reported as one: ownership, currency translation, intercompany eliminations. Priced per consolidated entity beyond what the plan includes; each entity keeps its own books on its own plan. |
| Localization | $125 | company | EU VAT across all 27 member states: rates by category, place of supply, reverse charge on intra-Community sales and zero-rated exports — with structured e-invoicing onto the Peppol network, fiscal numbering, statutory calendars and retention. One price for the organisation, not per country. |
| SOC 2 evidence | $250 | company | Control readiness, attestations, policy acknowledgements, point-in-time snapshots and the auditor evidence pack. |
| SOC 2 Monitoring & Alerts Needs SOC 2 evidence | $300 | company | Watches your organisation and tells you what to do to stay compliant: access a departed member still holds, devices to collect, overdue access reviews, unacknowledged policies, administrators past their MFA deadline — as dated tasks with an owner, in-product and by e-mail digest. Requires SOC 2 evidence. |
The terms
The parts that are usually in the small print.
- 01
Pay for the year and you pay for 10 months
Twelve months of service, 10 months of money, on the plan and on every add-on. That is 16.7% off the twelve-month figure.
- 02
A 30-day trial of a real plan
Basic, Office or Business, with that plan's seats, on your own books. Not a demo dataset.
- 03
After the trial, 60 days read-only
Your books stay readable and exportable. We do not hold a company's ledger hostage to a renewal.
- 04
Extra seats are $25 on every plan
Corporate includes 10 and sells up to 19; the next person is Suite, which starts at 20 and costs the same at that size.
- 05
An assigned seat is also a plan seat
The person you assign a warehouse, CRM, practice or trust seat to holds an ordinary plan seat as well. People who only read are not charged the add-on.
- 06
A module you never enable costs nothing and adds nothing
Not a hidden tab, not a menu item, not a line on your bill. 16 modules exist; you run the ones you turned on.
- 07
You can leave, and take it with you
Exporting your books is a button. A module you stop paying for can be switched off without losing what it recorded.
- 08
Prices are in US dollars and are what you pay
