15 add-ons, each sold on every plan it applies to

Add what you need.
Pay for what you use.

An add-on is a job you have taken on or a capability you have decided you want: a warehouse, a payroll, a bar association's trust rules. None is gated behind a bigger plan. What each one costs is on Pricing; this page is what each one is, and how it is counted.

The jobs

Work your business actually does.

A warehouse, a factory floor, a shop counter, a payroll, a practice. These have real running costs behind them, filings and tax tables and device licences, which is why they are bought by the businesses that do the work rather than folded into everybody's price.

Capabilities

Switched on when you grow into them.

These arrive with a change in how the business is shaped: a second company, a second country, a directory to answer to, revenue that has to be recognised over a term. Each is sold on every plan that does not already carry it.

Add-onWhat you getCountedSold on
Single sign-onSign in through your own identity provider. Included in Suite.Per company, onceBasic, Office, Business, Corporate
Multi-entity consolidationSeveral companies reported as one: ownership, currency translation, intercompany eliminations. Priced per consolidated entity beyond what the plan includes; each entity keeps its own books on its own plan.Per company consolidatedEvery plan
CRMLeads, contacts, pipelines and deals, with quotes that become invoices on the same books — no second customer record and nothing to reconcile. Audit trail, field permissions, SSO and record retention with legal hold are included at every tier. Priced per seat that works deals; everyone else in the organisation can read.Per person you assign it toEvery plan
CRM ManagerA full CRM seat plus oversight. Everything a salesperson gets — leads, pipeline, deals, quotes, activities — and on top of it: every CRM seat in the company and what each is carrying, open deals, value, stage, quotes out, last activity, with any seat openable to review that person's pipeline exactly as they see it. Private coaching notes per salesperson, visible only to managers. No separate CRM seat needed. Assigned per manager; Suite includes two.Per person you assign it toEvery plan
Revenue recognitionASC 606 and IFRS 15 without leaving your books: contracts and performance obligations, standalone-selling-price allocation that shows its working, billing and revenue schedules, usage and milestones, contract modifications, and the waterfall, deferred and unbilled reports your auditor asks for. The schedule and the journal entry are the same records, so there is no second system to reconcile.Per company, onceBasic, Office, Business
LocalizationEU VAT across all 27 member states: rates by category, place of supply, reverse charge on intra-Community sales and zero-rated exports — with structured e-invoicing onto the Peppol network, fiscal numbering, statutory calendars and retention. One price for the organisation, not per country.Per company, onceBasic, Office, Business, Corporate

The four no plan includes

Priced to the people who need them.

Client trust accounting, both halves of SOC 2 and Advanced Kora are sold on every plan and included in none, Suite included. They answer obligations a minority of customers have, and pricing them into every plan would charge every business for a bar association's rules or an auditor's evidence pack. SOC 2 Monitoring & Alerts needs SOC 2 evidence: the two are bought together.

Add-onWhat you getCountedSold on
Client trust accountingA client trust ledger with the three-way reconciliation a bar association expects. Priced per attorney seat; the firm's staff use it at no charge.Per person you assign it toEvery plan
SOC 2 evidenceControl readiness, attestations, policy acknowledgements, point-in-time snapshots and the auditor evidence pack.Per company, onceEvery plan
SOC 2 Monitoring & Alerts
Needs SOC 2 evidence
Watches your organisation and tells you what to do to stay compliant: access a departed member still holds, devices to collect, overdue access reviews, unacknowledged policies, administrators past their MFA deadline — as dated tasks with an owner, in-product and by e-mail digest. Requires SOC 2 evidence.Per company, onceEvery plan
Advanced AI AssistantThe assistant stops answering and starts working. It takes a whole job — read, decide, act, check, keep going — instead of one instruction at a time, and the person it is assigned to can speak to it instead of typing, on the desktop and in the phone app. Changes normally wait for that person's approval; narrowly scoped, reversible work may proceed only under an active standing approval, and every action is recorded on a receipt you can audit. An assigned seat also carries twice the standard daily assistant allowance, because a job worked through end to end is a longer sitting than a question. Assigned per person; the standard assistant stays free for everyone else.Per person you assign it toEvery plan
No add-on is locked behind a bigger plan. If you need it on the smallest plan, you can buy it on the smallest plan.

How this works

The parts that are usually in the small print.

  1. 01
    Counted, not estimated

A per-seat add-on charges for the people you assign it to, not for everyone with a login. A per-register one charges per register. Nothing bills on a number you cannot see in the product.

  2. 02
An assigned seat is also a plan seat

The person you assign a warehouse, CRM or practice seat to holds an ordinary seat on your plan as well. You are not charged twice for the same person, and you are not charged the add-on for people who only read.

  3. 03
    It stops when you stop

Switch an add-on off and you keep what it recorded. You are ending a subscription, not deleting a year of work.

  4. 04
    Annual works the same way

Ten months of money for twelve months of service applies to add-ons exactly as it does to plans. The arithmetic is on Pricing.

  5. 05
    Not sure which you need?

Workflows picks them for eight kinds of business. Modules is the part list underneath.
