16 modules, one ledger

Sixteen modules. One ledger.
Nothing to reconcile.

Every module writes to the same ledger and reads the same customers, catalogue and prices. Turning one on adds a capability, not an integration. A module you never enable costs nothing and shows nothing: no tab, no menu item, no line on the bill.

The list

All sixteen, and who already has each.

3 of the 16 are in every plan, trial included. Where a module is bought rather than included, the row names the add-on that carries it; what those cost is on Pricing, the only page with figures on it.

One set of records

The reason this is a product and not a bundle.

A suite of separate applications sharing a nightly export is not one system, and the place you find out is the close. Here the sale your rep closes is the order your warehouse picks, is the invoice your bookkeeper sends, is the line in the ledger. One record, touched by several modules, never copied between them.

  1. 01
    No integration to maintain

Nothing to re-authorise, nothing to re-map when a field changes, nothing that stops at 3am and is discovered at month end.

  2. 02
No reconciliation between your own systems

"Why does the CRM say something different from the ledger" cannot be asked, because there is one number and both are reading it.

  3. 03
    One permission model

A role means the same thing everywhere. An operation with no declared permission is refused rather than allowed.

  4. 04
    Off is genuinely off

A module you have not enabled is not a locked tab your staff have to ask about. One you stop paying for can be switched off without losing what it recorded.

Turning a module on adds a capability. It does not add an integration.
